In 2016, myDobi became the first laundry brand in Malaysia to introduce its self-service smart kiosk system with a built-in loyalty program. In 2018, in collaboration with an IT contractor, we developed a Bi-Token Changer integrated with commercial e-wallet.
Fast forward to January 2021, myDobi proudly launched its official mobile application, myDobi Connect, successfully available on both iOS and Android platforms. In 2023, myDobi Connect underwent a rebranding and transitioned to Hiro.
